On Site Heat Treatment:We offer a full range of on site heat treatment services, to the power industry, oil and gas, fabrication and casting industries.Working safely and closely to meet the clients specific procedures and requirements, to enable a quality service at a competitive cost.We pride ourselves in a fast response time to meet strict timescales during projects.Processes : Electrical Pre heating, post weld heat treatment, hydrogen diffusion, heat expansion, refractory dry outOur in house furnace facilities are available 7 days a week, operating at temperatures up to 1200 degrees centigrade.Furnace Heat Treatment:We carry out the following processes :Stress relieving (post weld heat treatment), normalising, annealing and tempering.Shot Blasting:We operate a shot blast facility capable of cleaning metals to provide a clean surface finish, to enable painting applications or machining.Our in house shot blasting facility is capable of sizes x x high.Painting:Our paint booth is capable of painting items of sizes up to in length x in width. All painting is undertaken in a fully enclosed, ventilated cabinet.
