Manage Stepan’s Polymer Technical Service & Development (TS & D) Team in North America which is focused on rigid foam application areas. The team relies on strong collaboration to provide best-in-class customer support, assistance with code approvals, product scale up and hands-on troubleshooting for production and quality issues for the flex faced laminate, insulated metal panel, spray polyurethane foam and bunstock markets. Management responsibilities include oversight on projects, budget and infrastructure as well as encouraging the development of direct reports through training and experiential learning. Plan and organize department activities in an environment of changing priorities. Lead external and internal training related to Stepan’s services, products and processes.
