ABOUT EDDIE F. GUTIERREZ AQUINO

Eddie is an attorney at Dyer Immigration Law Group, P.C. He specializes in immigration and naturalization law. He holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Liberty University School of Law and a Bachelor\'s degree in International Business from Liberty University. He was born and raised in Mexico City, Mexico where he grew up playing tennis at a national and international level. Eddie was granted a full-ride tennis scholarship to Liberty University where he played for the Division I Men\'s Tennis team for four years while getting a degree in International Business. While in college, Eddie worked as a legal intern at Yorktown Funds in Lynchburg, VA where he had the opportunity to work with the Chief Compliance Officer on investment transactions. After college, Eddie decided to further his education and pursue a career in law. While in law school, Eddie competed in various Moot Court competitions through which he was able to acquire ample experience arguing complex legal issues at an appellate level. He obtained his third-year practice certificate which allowed him to work as a Law Clerk at the Lynchburg Office of the Commonwealth\'s Attorney where he successfully represented the Commonwealth in criminal matters in District and Trial-level courts. Additionally, Eddie served as a Law Clerk at a law firm in Lynchburg, VA where he worked on several cases pertaining to estate planning, real estate, and business transactions. Eddie is licensed to practice law in Virginia. He is fluent in Spanish and English. As an immigrant himself, Eddie knows how hard and complicated it can be for someone to unilaterally navigate the immigration system in the United States. He is passionate about helping others and endeavors to be a light to others in the field of immigration law.
