My name is Eddie Esparza. With roughly 7 years under my belt in the Salesforce industry, I\'ve honed valuable skills in CRM Management, Sales Automation and Business Process Optimization. This strong foundation complements the diverse experience I gained at previous companies, where I developed my Project Management, Data Analysis and Strategic Planning skills.My story is a unique one, and I’m here to share it with you.Growing up, weekends were spent alongside my father, helping him fix apartments, conduct showings, and mow lawns. While I didn\'t fully grasp it then, I now understand the foundation he laid – he was, and still is, a successful real estate investor.Those experiences ignited a passion within me. I dove headfirst into renovations, learning drywall, plumbing, and painting to get apartments rent-ready. My entrepreneurial spirit led me to acquire my first property - a foreclosure triplex.Over the years, I became a self-made multifamily property manager. I wore many hats: marketing apartments, screening tenants, handling lease-ups, responding to maintenance requests, and overseeing renovations. But a nagging question persisted – there had to be a better way.By partnering with a professional property management company, I reclaimed my time and shifted my focus to managing my properties as a business, not a full-time job. I continue to invest in smaller projects, but multifamily allows me to achieve a healthy work-life balance. This translates to: Quality time with family and loved ones Experiences like traveling and pursuing hobbies (boxing and golf!)
