As an Academy Director at Bexley Ballers Football Academy and Talent Scout with Arsenal Youth Academy, I’m passionate about developing young footballers and helping them reach their full potential—both on and off the pitch.With over a decade of experience across coaching, talent identification, and academy management, I’ve built a track record of nurturing grassroots players into confident, technically gifted athletes ready for the professional environment. At Bexley Ballers, I oversee all aspects of the academy’s football programme — from player development and coach education to strategic partnerships and operational growth.Alongside my football work, I bring a background as a Business Operations Manager, where I developed expertise in leadership, performance management, and organisational strategy. This blend of sporting and business experience allows me to run high-performing programmes that are both sustainable and impactful.I’m driven by a simple mission: to create pathways for young players, empower coaches, and raise the standard of community football in South London and beyond.
