About Eddie Campbell
Eddie Campbell serves as an Account Executive at Sage Intacct for Financial Services organizations in the SMB market. Early in his career, Eddie built his purpose around two core principles that are critical to the role of an Account Executive and has helped mold his foundation to meet the needs and expectations of his clients: “serving others and possessing a disciplined proactive approach for clients.” Eddie realizes that a client centric mentality as an Account Executive starts with serving others because the role requires him to be the voice of the client, and liaison between both his client’s teams and Sage Intacct. His passion for serving others began at a young age through sportsmanship and the game of baseball. It grew in Eddie’s first work experience as a customer service representative for a boutique BPO firm and continues to grow personally and professionally through Eddie’s work at Pega. Volunteering and giving back have always been important to Eddie, partaking in “Shave for the Brave” in conjunction with the St. Baldricks Foundation to support funds for childhood cancer research, and mentoring young baseball players at any chance he can. Passion and serving others continues to radiate through Eddie’s work with his clients, demonstrated by his ability to listen to clients while always putting their professional needs first. He also understands the importance of having a disciplined and proactive approach when managing client relationships. Eddie sees this as a vital responsibility to stay steps ahead of potential roadblocks that prohibit his clients from reaching their goals and deadlines. Outside of work, Eddie enjoys spending time with family and friends and working on new woodworking projects. In May 2021, Eddie was happy to celebrate his wedding to his high school sweetheart after 12 years of dating.
