   After onsite training, PersonaGrip uses videochat to help workers in assembly plants and drivers in motorsports worldwide develop three-dimensional surfaces on their tools to improve feedback, and reduce the risk for carpal tunnel syndrome when operating in high-force/high-repetition situations. Onsite, tool crib operators and workers alike are trained in the nuances involved during their shift from friction to leverage paradigms at the HMI (human-machine interface). Later, if a trainee has a question or concern about a grip design, online videochat allows trainers to see the grip in question and offer suggestions to overcome their concern. PersonaGrip\'s unique remoldability - using a heatgun - allows users to zero-in on the perfect grip over time.
