Oversee all aspects of production operations for innovator in robotic surgery solutions. Lead cross-functional team of 100+ in executing supply chain, manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution functions. Control $200M annual spend. Provide leadership to plant staff to exceed business plan objectives within highly regulated ISO 13485 medical device production environment. • Executed a 3x production volume increase within 12 months while concurrently achieving a 31% improvement in quality performance. • Championed the establishment of a new production facility, managing supplier selection, equipment purchasing, recruiting/team selection, process development, regulatory approval, and systems go-live. • Delivered on objectives for curbing costs through a $4MM reduction in raw inventory dollars, a $20MM reduction in annual outbound freight cost, and a 12% direct labor productivity improvement. • Planned facility shut down and transfer to new manufacturing location. • Created the initial S & OP process to balance supply, demand, & inventory.
