1. Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

   For the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside a visionary CEO across three ventures — Atrion, Trilix, and now Dirigo. In each chapter, my role has evolved to meet the needs of fast-paced, high-performing organizations, always grounded in exceptional service, operational excellence, and trusted partnership.As of November 2025, I’ve transitioned into solely supporting Dirigo’s CEO, Tim Hebert, in a part-time capacity, continuing a long-standing professional relationship built on discretion, reliability, and integrity. In this role, I oversee company payroll and financials, manage relationships with our accounting and legal partners, and handle key HR functions. I also provide executive-level support to Tim across both his professional and personal endeavors, ensuring every detail.from travel and communications to confidential projects — is managed with precision and care.Prior to this transition, I played a broader role at Dirigo, helping to manage workshop logistics from ideation through execution, leading social media and newsletter communications, and supporting company operations with an eye for detail and hospitality.As I’ve thoughtfully wound down my day-to-day responsibilities, this shift was made possible through the generous support of Tim, who encouraged and championed my journey to grow The Well Traveled Soul, my own thriving luxury travel business.
