Experienced Senior Executive with demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Skilled in Suretrack, P3/P6, CMIC, Prolog, Procore, MS Project. Project Estimation, Facility Management (FM), Mixed-use, and Renovation. Strong consulting professional with Design Build experience in hospitality, health care, institutional, educational, civil work, seismic upgrades and multi family projects. Experienced with most governmental agencies having jurisdiction in LA/OC/SD County. I have been fortunate to work on variety of high profile/end projects, including, schools, hospitals, jails/prisons, multi use projects (retail/hotel/condos), civil projects (roads and bridges), Energy projects, Seismic upgrades and recently mostly hi rise structures. I am now involved with Modular construction as well and currently working with companies oversees to explore possibilities in the states to provide the finest quality products along with workmanship that has no equal.I have worked in CM, GC, Engineering and Development sectors as the company senior/executive level manager or the owner rep. Most of my projects have been design/build and I have been mostly involved form conceptual design/pre-con through completion of the projects ranging from $75M to over $1.5B+. I am very familiar with most governmental agencies having jurisdiction in the LA county, such as OSHPD, DSA, LADBS, LADOT, OSHA, Caltrans and in touch with their hi ranked in staff. I know most major subcontractors and have an outstanding relationship with their executive Teams/Mgmt. There are many factors contributing to the team’s success but one of them is certainly relationships with municipalities and the best subcontractors in the market, which I am very proud to say I am blessed to posses such. Additionally my clients whom I have had years of ongoing relationship with, go where I go!I believe enthusiasm along with proper attitude combined with team work spirit, being there every step of the way for the company I work in supporting my senior management along with my subordinates is the key to success.
