ABOUT ED WILLIAMS
I am a UX Designer with a background in fintech as a consultant, support technician and training course designer. Having worked to support and configure various software products over the last 3 years, I have grown to understand what users expect from their interactions with technology, and what can be detrimentally missing from a product’s design when a UX Designer was absent during its creation.With prior experience in graphic design, I wanted to move into a creative field where I could apply this skill. I sought to combine aspects of my education in creative problem solving with my work experience in technology so that I could embrace UX Design as the perfect cross-section of my skill-set.I passionately believe that strong, human-centred design is the pre-eminent quality in modern technology, and I would take great pleasure in joining a team that could expand my knowledge of UX and teach me valuable insights into the industry.
