With over 39 years of experience in the staffing industry, I am passionate about providing customized and quality solutions to meet the needs of our clients and candidates. As the Chief Executive Officer of HW Staffing Solutions, a family-owned and operated business founded in 1980, I lead a family of businesses in multiple sectors of staffing with teams that are dedicated and committed professionals who share our values of integrity, respect, and excellence. Our mission is to create lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with our clients and candidates, and to be a trusted partner in their success. We bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the staffing industry, and we are always looking for new and innovative ways to serve our clients and candidates better.In my current role, I am responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of multiples companies, as well as ensuring the highest standards of service and satisfaction. I leverage my expertise in new business development, customer relationship management, and human resources to identify and pursue new opportunities, expand, and retain our client base, and attract and retain top talent. I also foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement within the organization, and empower our staff to deliver exceptional results. One of my recent achievements include, launching a new professional service division @topprospectgroup.com specializing in Information Technology, Accounting & Finance, HR & Operations, Engineering and Executive search staffing.
