I manage the Procurement Operations Branch within the Procurement Directorate at the NASA Shared Services Center which is located near Bay St. Louis, MS. The Branch consists of myself, 16civil servants and 11 contractors who manage a number of back office and IT procurement projects for NASA. There are four teams. The first team is responsible for planning the consolidation of software and hardware maintenance licenses throughout NASA into enterprise licenses. The second team is responsibile for policy and IT support for NSSC Procurement Directorate. The second team also is responsible for the Agency purchase card program, internal training procurement for all of NASA, and 1102 certifications for NASA. The third team is responsible for awarding Agency-wide contracts. The fourth team is responsible for managing and awarding NASA\'s enterprise wide IT infrastructure contracts. In 2014, the Branch obligated $439,661,511 on 961 vehicles. The Branch manages a portfolio of contracts with a potential ceiling of $4,945,529,988. In 2015, the Branch is looking to make 35 new major agency-wide awards.
