As an Innovation Guide I am using Creative Problem Solving (CPS), Graphic Facilitation, and Strategic Visioning. I am also facilitating group collaboration with Group Systems\' Think Tank tool. I co-facilitate the monthly Bagels \'n Brew meetings for YourEncore in Cincinnati and am one of three Community Managers for YE. Since July of 2013 co-facilitated 5 OGSM sessions internally for YourEncore and led over 25 sessions at Procter & Gamble covering Strategic Visioning, Team Building, Claimstorming, Namestorming and variations to Creative Problem Solving for various project teams. Recently, I also ran training sessions on \"How to run remote ideation sessions for Global Teams.\" This included training on the use of the Think Tank tool.
