   Lead a 85+ member team (including 22 direct reports) responsible for overall recruiting strategy, recruiting for our Central Support Services division (IT, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, Safety) and all of Canada (Fleet Management and Supply Chain Solutions), sourcing and onboarding services for high volume positions (CDL Drivers, Diesel Mechanics and Hourly Warehouse), marketing strategy, recruiter training (initial and recurrent), continuous improvement efforts, data analytics and reporting, vendor relationships and the system administration (configuration, integrations and help desk support) of our Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS and Workday). Global Process Owner (GPO) responsible for the design, end to end testing and implementation of the Workday recruiting module as part of a multi-year project to replace the ERP system at Ryder.My scope of responsibility has a touch point across all US and Canada hiring for Ryder. Report to VP of Talent Acquisition.
