Responsible for supervising and directing the compliance monitoring process, including metric generation and trending, for Company-sponsored activities, including market research, patient support programs, and non-interventional clinical studies. Continually review and improve the PV compliance monitoring systems and processes, with a focus on operational efficiency and proactive non-compliance prevention in partnership/collaboration with key stakeholders. Lead and oversee operational and management activities related to audit and inspections for the RRA CoE, including preparatory tasks, ensuring relevant processes are in a constant state of audit/inspection readiness. Liaise with Global Medical Organization, QPPV Office, Global Development/Medical Affairs, and R&D Quality to ensure PV requirements are met, and address non-conformance through Quality Investigations.
