I lead enterprise scale transformation programmes, typically in complex or high pressure environments where delivery really matters and outcomes carry real consequence.Over the last 15+ years, I’ve worked across insurance, pensions & investments, banking and payments, healthcare, automotive, manufacturing, defence and telecoms. My experience spans M&A and integration, strategic and regulatory change, transformation, turnaround and closure, with a consistent focus on execution discipline and predictable outcomes.I’m usually brought in to take ownership of complex change on behalf of senior leaders — shaping the work that needs to happen, mobilising delivery properly, and ensuring programmes are governed, prioritised and executed in a way that builds confidence over time.
