As a primary care clinician and health care leader I\'m passionate about moving the needle on the rising health care crisis. With 25 years of clinical primary care experience and 10+ years of increasing leadership responsibility I can clearly see that something has to change. Clinically, I\'m focused on providing optimal medical outcomes through the development of trusting, long term patient partnerships, application of evidence based interventions and consistent focus on addressing mental and social barriers to health.Administratively, I am focused on aligning health system priorities to support, encourage and grow an engaged, connected and resilient team of PAs and APRNs who develop long term, meaningful ties to our communities.The future of health care is uncertain. An aging population, shrinking margins, physician shortages, ballooning chronic conditions are all aligning to cause the worst supply-demand mismatch in American Health Care history.
