Author of 16 books and hundreds of featured articles/columns. Multiple decades of strategic leadership in both 501©3 and for-profit entities. These experiences have included pastoral leadership positions in Reformed, Methodist, and Baptist congregations as well as regional and denominational levels of service. Outside of faith-based organizational leadership, I have led and guided successful multi state teams within education, multimedia creative production, event administration, insurance, telecommunications and counseling applications. Through a long history of high-profile public speaking which includes mentoring-coaching other leaders, I have been able to establish or reinvigorate tangible and sustainable growth in many different environments. A significant portion of my faith-based and for-profit experiences have featured multi cultural, racial and multi-lingual communities of stakeholders. Leadership positions generally included organizational board development and financial oversight. I have had the privilege to serve as an elected or appointed member of a handful of BoD positions and have specialized in mitigating unhealthy and conflicting organizational cultures.
