I help solve pressing environmental problems. I support NEPA review, siting and permitting for energy and infrastructure projects, and defend project approvals against litigation. I have particular expertise with the regulatory approval process for electric transmission lines and offshore wind.I help property owners manage brownfield remediation and comply with laws governing the handling of hazardous materials. I litigate cost recovery actions on behalf of industrial operators and real estate developers, and have experience addressing contamination associated with a wide variety of industries. I advise on regulatory compliance under the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and other statutes, including state implementation programs. I help companies comply with the Endangered Species Act and other wildlife protection laws.
