His work spans state and federal agencies, large enterprise clients, and mission-critical modernization efforts that require high-level coordination, strategic planning, and executive oversight.He is also the CEO of Pearce-Bridge Advisory Group, LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations achieve significant financial and operational growth. Through his firm, Ed guides companies in strategic planning, executive leadership alignment, revenue expansion, cash-flow optimization, and operational efficiency improvements. His clients value his ability to simplify complexity, bring clarity to growth decisions, and deliver measurable results.Previously, Ed served as Deputy Director of the South Carolina Enterprise Information System (SCEIS), leading statewide SAP operations, enterprise financial systems, and process modernization efforts. He also held leadership roles as CFO and Fiscal Affairs Administrator for the SC Department of Juvenile Justice, as well as Human Resources Director for the South Carolina Air National Guard. Earlier in his career, Ed spent over 15 years in commercial banking, specializing in lending, credit analysis, and strategic financial solutions for growing businesses.Ed holds a Master’s Degree from Clemson University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Economics from Newberry College.Across every role, Ed is recognized for his steady leadership, integrity, big-picture thinking, and commitment to making a meaningful impact on the organizations and people he serves.
