Provide dedicated customer-facing support for HPE Gen10+ blade/rack servers, addressing and resolving all issues related to MRVL HBA/CNA technologies to ensure optimal client satisfaction. Manage AMD/Intel PDK reference platforms, collaborating with chipset vendors to troubleshoot and resolve diverse issues. Execute tasks such as flashing BIOS, BMC, and CPLD. Cloud Jira Administrator. Orchestrated migration of records and attachments from IBM ClearQuest to Jira, ensuring a smooth transition and enhancing overall system efficiency.
