Handle customer complaints and manage complaint meetings as the voice of the customer. Handle supplier complaints as necessary. Maintain Certificates Of Analysis system for incoming and out going COA\'s. Six Sigma Green Belt certified 9/2/2004. Site CAR / PAR Coordinator. Site Specification Coordinator for creation and modification for products and raw materials. Quality System Coordinator for Work Instructions and Level II Procedures.
