I supervise all of the duties at Mullinax, TAB, Inc. We specialize in the optimization of HVAC systems as they are designed to operate. We accomplish this by a methodically measuring fluid (air and/or water) and then, by adjusting \"variables\" in the system it is \"optimized\" or \"balanced\" to the correct air and/or water flow rates as specified by the by the mechanical engineer.\"Variables\" in the system include, but are not limited to dampers, valves, drives, set-points, etc.
