Responsible for driving Contracts and Procurement functional excellence, efficiency, flexibility and compliance. Oversee the Contracts function which is responsible for the administration, management, and closeout of Government and Commercial Cost Plus (CP), Time and Material (T&M), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs) and Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contracts. Review and respond to customer solicitations; develop contract negotiation strategies and tactics; and draft and negotiate contractual agreements. Lead Procurement activities associated with the acquisition of goods and services. Oversee subcontract/purchase order performance for conformance to original proposal/contract and maintain oversight to ensure that all terms and conditions are met and that subcontracts and purchase orders follow legal requirements, customer specifications, and applicable regulations, as well as company policies. Responsible for implementation of a DCMA approved Purchasing system (CPSR) and Small Business Program.
