Apprentice-trained Mechanical Engineer with over 26 years of experience in the design, engineering, and production of machinery for the food industry. I’ve built my career from the ground up—starting in the design office and progressing to the management of multi‑disciplinary engineering teams covering mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines.Throughout my career, I’ve led the full engineering lifecycle for customer machine orders, working closely with sales teams and end customers to translate requirements into robust, safe, and commercially viable solutions. My background includes driving risk assessments, feasibility studies, and project management activities, as well as contributing to Sales & Operational Planning in partnership with master schedulers and demand planners.Recently, I stepped into the role of Operations Director, where I now oversee the full scope of site operations. This includes responsibility for HR, health & safety, operational performance, and the successful execution of customer orders—from initial sales engagement through engineering, production, and shipment. I’m passionate about building strong teams, improving processes, and delivering high‑quality outcomes for customers and the business.
