I have been a Sales and Marketing Manager for multiple Teams and Coach on specific behaviors for the last 10 + years at this time with lots of experience on managing teams and individuals success to reach our Company Metrics and reach our Goals. I was recognized multiple Teams as the Sales Manager of the month and twice as the Site Employee of the Year within + employees working, my main focus has been to promote and mentor other employees to be successful and remain on our Company. The key for success it\'s to have everyone engaged and motivated on daily basis. Currently working as an Account Executive II Specialist for Thumbtack Spanish Account Team and previously worked for GSD for Local Support Units - The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Also worked as an Academic Coach for children between ages of 8 - 18 and assisting with educational success and goals.
