   Manage the expansion of the new 300k sq ft manufacturing facility in Dayton Ohio• Oversee the completion of phase 1 of the project and develop the plan and run the project for phase 2. • Establish a timeline using MS Project. • Work with the general contractor and all major sub-contractors to ensure the timeline will meet the corporate needs. • Provide weekly updates to the cross functional team and corporate leadership, as required. • On schedule to complete phase 2, as planned, in Q2 2026.
