Manage the flow of hazardous materials by determining the compatibility of each hazard to ensure no mishaps. 99.8% on time departure rate 0 mishaps.Directly responsible for all personnel performing Aerial Port Operations, while maintaining compliance with FFA regulations, Hazmat compliance, ensuring that all domestic and international, ground and air operations continue seamlessly, and efficiently. Hand selected to be lead EET evaluator in preparation for wing ORI. Ensured that all DOD, USAF, OSHA, FFA, and International guidelines were adhered to. Efforts directly resulted in the 445th AW receiving an outstanding rating. Alluded as best ever seen. Mentor and trainer to all Aerial Port personnel, ensuring all guidelines are met while maintaining a positive and productive workforce and environment.
