   Manage supporting the following areas in all aspects of their work functions, dealing with Purchasing: Lean Management, Marketing/Customer Service, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and Shipping/Receiving.• Manage and educate procurement of raw materials, packaging, components, machinery, office supplies and services. • Coordinate with the marketing group in preparation of proposals, agreements, and completed cost resource estimates and pricing (Master Manufacturing Records), for new and existing sources/suppliers.• Use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Access, Microsoft Outlook, SBT and various other software to accomplish work functions.• Direct and manage the delivery of orders, resolve invoice discrepancies, coordinate charge-backs, negotiate freight terms.• Monitor and verify product or process quality in accordance with statistical processes or other procedures and methods.(i.e. CCR’s, Deviations, Inventory counts, Bill of Material Issues etc.)• Manage and maintain process documentation, performance measures and metrics, and other customer/regulatory required reports (i.e. Vendor Audits an/or Self-Audits).• MRB Team/Organization: Determining root causes and in the implementation of effective corrective action for nonconforming products and processes.• Maintain historical proposals/quotes and contract performance information.• Provide/Coach technical expertise to suppliers, customers, employees and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements.(i.e. GMP Standards and Documentation, Material Requirements Planning, Purchase Order Agreements, and Just-In-Time Practices/Lean Administration.)• Manage and maintain a positive and ethical relationship with suppliers, manufacturing and our customers.
