I lead the fundraising and partnership efforts of the world\'s largest, most scientifically productive astronomical observatory. The twin 10-meter Keck Telescopes have contributed to discoveries such as the super-massive black hole at the center of our galaxy; the discovery of more than extrasolar planets (and counting); volcanic activity on Io, one of the moon\'s of Jupiter; and efforts to more fully prove and understand Einstein\'s General Theory of Relativity.I couple this work with my continuing efforts at my commercial spaceflight company, Edge of Space, Inc. and my newest venture, Energy Made Visible, a nonprofit exploring the interaction of art+science. Currently I split my time between the Big Island of Hawaii and Houston, TX.
