Having Joined Cadillac Plastic in November 2024 appointed as General Manager. In April 2025, following the acquisition of the business, I have taken on full day-to-day responsibility for running operations — effectively managing the business as if it were my own.My role spans commercial planning, team leadership, finance, operations, and strategic supplier engagement. While I don’t own the business, I’m fully accountable for its performance and direction, treating it with an ownership mindset every day.Key responsibilities:• Leading and developing a cross-functional team across sales, logistics, and administration• Overseeing business operations, financial performance, and internal processes• Representing the business in high-level supplier and customer meetings• Driving efficiency, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing improvements• Navigating the business through a post-acquisition transition periodThis role has given me end-to-end exposure to running a business — combining strategic decision-making with hands-on leadership. It’s been a fast-paced and rewarding challenge, and I’m continuing to grow every day.
