Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with customers across a variety of industries on First of a Kind projects. In doing so, I have been guided by the tenet that listening is the foundation of a successful project for it ensures requirements are addressed, risk factors are avoided, and the project is completed on time and on budget. What experience has also taught me is that while there’s always fanfare around the technology, what really matters is how technology can improve and/or expand the business- For 2 US National teams, replacing a tedious, spreadsheet-oriented process by implementing an end-to-end data pipeline to collect, analyze, and visualize performance data in real-time- As part of a digital transformation for a nationally recognized furniture company, transforming its paper-based marketplace process to a 100% digital process leading to a 20% increase in orders placed- For a startup business within the hospitality industry, developing a customer-facing mobile reservation application along with supporting backend applications- For a non-profit, developing a dashboard that visualized the consumption of water and well status in remote third world communities- For an internationally recognized healthcare provider, analyzing unstructured data from multiple sources as part of its multi-discipline research activities.
