Kopila Valley Children\'s Home & School Surkhet, NP
I am constantly searching for individuals who see the huge value I see in investing in the young Girls and Boys of the world. Every little bit of money we contribute goes such a long way to making a better planet for all of us. I am a dedicated volunteer in this organization which is changing the course of hundreds of lives in Nepal and I believe will help bring Nepal into the 21st century as a self-supporting nation. My Niece, Maggie Doyne, started what has become the BlinkNow Foundation when she was just 18. She and her extended family now have 51 Children in Kopila Valley Childrens\' Home and 350+ Children in Kopila Valley School. I volunteered there for 3 months in 2011 and saw the need, the success, and the value in what BlinkNow.org does. I did another 3 months there in October 2013 with proof positive of great progress. I returned for another six weeks in the Fall of 2014 and 3 more weeks in March of 2016 and 3 more in 2019. I love the positive changes I saw in the Children and the OUTSTANDING Volunteer Fellows and staff who work there. Please be encouraged to watch the video below for a 11 minute version of Maggie\'s story or go to our website and see for yourself.
