Hello and thank you for taking the time to review my career summary. I have 25+ years of seatbelt component and system design and release experience between Tier 1 suppliers and Ford Motor Company. I have been the Global Seatbelt Technical Specialist at Ford since 2006 and a Seatbelt Section Supervisor at Ford since 2012. I have also recently assumed the Global Core Occupant Classification Sensor (OCS) design and release responsibilities. I currently have nine engineers working for me globally and have a unique matrix reporting chain to management in Ford of Europe and Ford North America. Among my career accomplishments are eight restraint patents, a Henry Ford Technology Award and a Gold Edison Award. I work well in small and large team settings, with global experience across many different disciplines.
