Mr. DePinto is a Co-Founder and Principal of Everest Development Services and has 35+ years of local project management experience, which includes time with 3 of the nation’s top homebuilders. His primary role as Principal is to oversee the Project Management and Consultation services business unit. Mr. DePinto has proven to be efficient and effective at managing project resources. He applies his expertise in project management to enhance the quality of the project-related documents, thus improving the outcome in the field. He is experienced in the review and oversight of numerous subdivisions and master plans involving the budget, design, approval and construction management of various types of infrastructure improvements, including: drainage, roadway, water, sewer, parks, amenities along with periphery supervision of well sites, water campuses, lift stations and other master plan facilities. He has also managed numerous development agreements, re-zoning cases and general plan amendments. Mr. DePinto has extensive experience involving feasibility analysis and due diligence reporting for residential acquisitions both at Everest and during his previous role with the homebuilders.
