About Ed Crooks

I am an infrastructure finance and project development professional with extensive experience in public-private partnerships (P3). I have led and managed projects in a range of sectors, including highways, water, rail/transit, airports and social infrastructure. As an executive in the professional services field I have had broad success in marketing and business development. I have an extensive professional network in the U.S. infrastructure market and have lived and worked overseas. Throughout my career I have managed multicultural teams and have been able to build collaborative team cultures in challenging situations. I bring strong interpersonal and communication skills with an analytical perspective and have been a creative problem solver.
