About Ed Costa
Currently I am the Managing Director at Carneros Resort and Spa. On a day to day basis I am fortunate enough to walk around a beautiful 28 acre resort surrounded by vineyards in the Napa Valley with an amazing team of hospitality professionals. A large part of my job is looking at areas where we can take a great resort and make it even better. I am working with others and deciding what special touch points i can add that will make our guests feel even more excited about their next visit. People enjoy working here because it is not your typical experience in the hospitality business. We are a luxury resort with the perfect blend of informal elegance and genuine service.
