Ed Chouinard is the President of Weinstein Wholesale Meats, specializing in fresh beef, pork, chicken, veal and lamb sales to large supermarkets, butcher shops, and meat markets in 33 states. Weinstein Wholesale Meats operates a refrigerated truck line Perishable Distribution Solutions (PDS), in which Ed serves as the President. We also sell Choice Certified Angus Beef directly to consumers through our website Ed’s responsible for managing, and developing the sales team for Weinstein Wholesale Meats as well as overseeing all pork purchases for the entire company. 21 years ago Ed Chouinard joined the Weinstein team, and since then has played a major roll in the transformation of the company. Since 1959 Weinstein Wholesale Meats has grown from servicing local small retailers, to providing service for large dominant facets within the Industry. In fact, Ed Chouinard led the company sales team towards achieving recognition for being the # 3 retail distributor for Certified Angus Beef products in the Country in 2011. Ed has over 30 years of experience with the Foodservice/Retail Industry, and has developed a loving passion for the industry.
