Co-design Talent Acquisition Professional Practices Framework & co-lead the multi-year project plan in transforming recruiters into Talent Advisors - Help define Recruitment KPIs and KRIs to track and measure against SLAs - Build customized Dashboards and Reports using an agile approach to ensure data transparency, to strategize recruitment tactics and to address underlying root causes - Analyze People Analytics including recruitment, workforce movement, turnover data and draw insights from data visualizations using Business Intelligence tools - Create model & framework for recruitment plans & forecasts and ongoing review process in partnership with Finance, HR Analytics COEs, HRBPs, CHROs and Business Enablement/ Operations Team - Synthesize qualitative & quantitative analytical results of current competitive landscape and future outlook to guide recommendations to senior executives & inform strategic decision making - Develop & lead project/change management plans & communication strategies for Operational Effectiveness initiatives - Assess current procedures & identify opportunities for continuous improvement opportunities and make recommendations - Set up framework to collect Market Intelligence information and share back with our Compensation /Benefits Partners to ensure there is open communication to influence changes Project deliverable highlights: Enterprise Recruitment Forecast, Power Bi Recruitment Dashboards & Reports, Recruitment Performance Scorecard, Recruitment Capacity Modelling & Analysis, Operating Model Framework, Data Purge Framework, Business Competitive Analysis, Internal Movement Analysis, Recruitment & Turnover Analysis, TA Leadership Forum Framework Tools: Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Excel, Power Bi
