With over 20 years of experience in the food service industry, I am a seasoned business strategist, marketing and sales expert, and company owner. I am passionate about providing the highest levels of sales and service to the restaurant industry in Northern California and Northern Nevada, and partnering with my clients to profitably grow their business. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as a third-generation independent food broker with long family traditions in food service.As the company owner and managing partner of Herspring-Gibbs LLC, I oversee all aspects of the business operations, including strategic planning, financial management, client relations, contract negotiations, and team leadership.
