ABOUT ED BREWER

Since graduating from University, I have had the pleasure of working for many industries within the Education sector. This differs from teaching in school to being a recruitment consultant for one of the biggest recruitment companies in the country. I have been able to experience sales positions, ranging from marketing support to account manager and work closely with nurseries up to local authorities. I have sold a variety of software into schools which has led to me developing really good relationships with schools and head teachers. This has set me in good stead to then move into new roles and gain new relationships with other schools. I moved down to London in September 2012 and haven\'t looked back. I started my Recruitment career at Protocl Education, working with Primary schools in the Berkshire area and account managed all secondary schools in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. From May 2014, I moved internally through the company and now in charge of supplying teachers and support staff to all Secondary schools across the Bradford, Calderdale and Kirklees districts.In March 2016 I then moved to Prospero Teaching where I was head hunted to manage the Secondary team for the West Yorkshire area. Prospero is such an organic and exciting company and puts the candidate as priority! I was then promoted to Team Manager in June 2017 as well as running a desk of all Secondary and SEN schools in Bradford, Kirklees and Calderdale. As recent as December 2018, I successfully completed my training to become a Intermediate Team Teach tutor.
