Deloitte Advisory AI Leader and Managing Director of the AI Center of Excellence in Deloitte Advisory. In first 12 months, went from a team of 2 to a team of 42; shipping 10+ production models in solutions for Healthcare Fraud/Waste/Abuse detection, Financial and Accounting Controls and Enterprise Risk Management. Metrics exceeded plan significantly, with evolving plans to grow the team to 58 in next 12 months. Current AI modeling efforts include enabling Deloitte products in Cyber Security, Healthcare Quality, Predictive Maintenance, Enterprise Risk Management, M&A activities, and ERP implementations while expanding efforts in fraud/waste/abuse (healthcare and financial services) and Financial Systems and Controls. Established scalable code-as-platform AI/ML model development platform that enables an elastic resource group to build multiple models across multiple programs simultaneously.
