Managing a team of 12 across UK, EU and APAC ensuring quick and resolute implementations of our technical solutions for all Advertisers onto the Rakuten Network whilst ensuring client satisfaction, quality and strategic technical planning for the future.Daily Activities- Creating new processes in order to ensure efficiency is being maintained and quality improved- Enhancing existing processes to ensure quicker resolution times and productivity- Structuring cross departmental objectives in order to achieve better team collaborations- Creating / Editing technical documentation to ensure quality client facing material is available- Mentoring managers to ensure successful leadership across the department- Building team objectives, goals, and projects- Setting the team up for success- Managing client satisfaction from a technical perspective for all top revenue driving clients- Managing team performance and setting KPI\'s / SLA\'s within the department- Presenting to the wider business and teams on department successes, process changes, new projects etc- Hiring / interviewing new staff members.
