I\'m a trauma-informed psychotherapist and writing coach who helps people heal and create meaningful work from difficult experiences. Currently completing my MA in Counseling Psychology at CIIS with CCTP-II certification in complex trauma treatment, I work with therapy clients at Inclusive Counseling and coach writers through my Integral Writing Coaching practice. As a published poet with nearly a decade in People Operations, I bring both clinical expertise and creative understanding to support clients through their healing journeys and help authors transform challenging material into powerful stories.
