I\'m an experienced hospitality operations and supply chain manager based in Chicago, seeking dynamic new opportunities in food and beverage management. After a rotational leadership program and nearly 4 years of multi-unit management with Hillstone Restaurant Group, I spent the last 3 years honing my business acumen as a sourcing and strategy manager within the hospitality/tech space. For my next role, I hope to leverage that experience to bring professionalism, innovation, and empathy back to the hospitality industry.Most recently built a dynamic corporate housing supply chain @ Travelers Haven. Previously, as Restaurant Acquisition Specialist @ Chewse, I helped restaurateurs find new revenue streams.
