ABOUT ÉRIC CHARTRAND
I am a Design Director still passionate after 25 years of game development on many different types of games, on multiple titles, consoles and platforms. During those many years, I had to face many challenges : maintain the coherence, the cohesion and the continuity of the design through major production changes; starting and finishing games in record time; managing up to 20 designers or level designers; managing communication and milestone deliverables in the context of multi-studios productions and co-operation; focuses on many aspects of game design from level design, multiplayer and online, to progression, narrative and AI; building and mentoring junior design teams or restructuring design teams for better efficiency; re-organizing workflow and inter-team communication to reduce dependencies and allow designers greater creativity and velocity.Shipped Titles - Guardians of the Galaxy - For Honor - Far Cry Primal - Mass Effect 3 \"Omega\" DLC - Mass Effect 3 - Dead Space 2 \"Severed DLC\"- Dead Space 2 - Army of Two 2 - Skate It- SSX Blur - NHL07 - NHL07 (PSP)- SSX On Tour (PSP)- Medal of Honor : European Assault - Scooby-Doo!
