Managed the successful implementation of the Lay\'s Regenerative Agriculture Project, funded by the PepsiCo Foundation. Through this project, we empowered farmers in Konya, Turkey to adopt regenerative agricultural practices, enhancing their livelihoods and well-being-Led a team of professionals to organise and manage a range of activities aimed at supporting regenerative agriculture practices across a total area of approximately 125 hectares. By providing funds to 75 farmers and training nearly 300 farmers, we made a significant impact on the local agricultural industry-Responsible for hiring and leading a team of specialised contractors who managed surveys, monitored activities, analysed data, and prepared reports.

I am an engineer and agroecologist, who places great value on designing systems that promote harmony, efficiency, and sustainability. I genuinely believe in the power of well-planned regenerative agricultural practices that nurture soil and improve its resilience with the consideration of the well-being of the ecosystem as a whole. With my deep understanding of the power of regenerative agriculture, I strive to make a difference in the industry by promoting these practices and ways of thinking. My focus is on designing and creating systems that enable people to adopt regenerative practices with ease and inspire a shift towards a more holistic approach, moving beyond the notion that there is one answer to solve all problems in the industry. I believe that through the development of practical solutions, we can attain a more sustainable future without exclusively depending on prescriptive education. Rather than merely instructing individuals with a set of specific guidelines, I believe in the power of empowering people to harness their unique abilities and foster meaningful connections to drive positive change. My strong conviction lies in the power of collaboration to design and implement regenerative systems that will benefit our current and future generations, by jointly working towards these practices with a shared commitment to their success.
