Drive ML and computational-biology analyses of multi‑omic datasets to support target and biomarker discovery (Parkinson’s, ALS, chronic pain)- Lead Parkinson’s disease biomarker and endotyping programs; define feature‑selection and cohort‑enrichment strategies- Build reproducible ETL/ML pipelines (AWS S3/SageMaker, CI/CD) and operationalise validated methods for translational use- Communicate findings and recommendations to clinical and senior stakeholders.
