ABOUT CANLIEL

I recently graduated with a First-Class MA (Hons) in Sustainable Development and Geography from the University of St Andrews. My studies have equipped me with strong analytical, research, and data literacy skills, as well as a critical understanding of global demographic and sustainability challenges.Having grown up in Almaty, studied at Fettes College in Edinburgh, and completed my degree in St Andrews, I bring an international outlook and the ability to adapt to diverse cultural and professional contexts. I thrive in collaborative environments, with well-developed active listening and communication skills that enable me to engage effectively with different audiences.Beyond my degree, I have gained practical experience through internships in ESG consulting, corporate sustainability, and research, alongside volunteering and extracurricular initiatives. These opportunities have allowed me to apply theory to practice, strengthen my problem-solving abilities, and develop a proactive and professional mindset.I have recently relocated to London and am actively seeking graduate opportunities where I can contribute meaningfully while continuing to grow within the fields of sustainability, ESG, consulting, and international development.
